"In our opinion, it is still lacking. Additional network is needed with improved quality and capacity," he expressed.
Until now, he continued, there are still many areas that haven't got clean water supply, such as in Kamal Muara, Kalideres, and Cengkareng.
"Moreover in Kamal Muara, Penjaringan. There is no water network until now," he affirmed.
